China Rooftops
Trying not to pee myself.
FINALLY got to see the city from a view other than the bottom of a cluster of massive sky-rises. Living in Chongqing definitely makes me feel small; very, very small. Not only am I always surrounded by crazy tall buildings, I am also in the middle of a bunch of mountains or a giant river and huge bridges at all times. Even when we travelled to Wu Long, outside the city center by 2 hours, I was literally encompassed by mountains.
After connecting with a few photographers in Chongqing, a few of us got together with the intent of shooting some urban exploration style photos around the city, in the Jie Fang Bei area. (Danny and I have a joke that this area sounds like "Did ya have fun, bae?" if you say it super fast... we are lame, I know.) I am super pleased that it was a foggy and slightly rainy day for the photos as well - sometimes the sun is WAY too bright here to get anything of interest.
So enjoy some of the shots and the video and let me know what you think!
Ignore my TaoBao.com boughten fake Yeezys.. everyone does it here okay. It's normal.
